Things We Love

Just a few of the reasons we fell in love with the house...

The wood banister- which goes all the way to the third floor!

The fireplace- it has a much more rustic feel than our old house's fireplace (hence the tools that don't match at all... we're working on that!)

The Journey has Begun!

We've purchased a lovely 1790 farmhouse that has loads of charm, but needs quite a bit of updating. 
I've decided to start this blog so that as we're in the thick of it, and feeling a bit discouraged, we can look back to see what we've accomplished thus far.  Hopefully that will give us enough steam to keep going!
